As the Operation Manager at DAFZA, responsibilities include reviewing assigned booking orders.
If affirmative, coordinate with the security team for assignment. In cases where no LM task exists.
or else, initiate an LM (Logistics Management) task. Subsequently, create a DPO (Delivery Planning and Operations) task.
note: DPO task is created only if shipment type is Import/Export.allocate it to the appropriate crew or truck team. Ensure seamless execution to protocols throughout the process.
