1. Sales Team :
The Sales Team is responsible for collecting booking orders from customers and creating booking orders by entering all the necessary details. Once the booking order is saved, it is assigned to the Operations Team.
2. Operations Team :
The Operations Team takes the booking orders assigned to them by the Sales Team. They can either create LM tasks based on these orders or directly assign them to the Security Team.
3. Security team :
The Security Team handles the booking orders assigned by the Operations Team. They create LM tasks and assign these orders to either the Crew Team or the Truck Team. Additionally, the Security Team can perform DAFZA operations, which fall under DPO tasks (a subset of LM tasks).
4. Dafza Operation Team :
As the Operations Manager at DAFZA, your main responsibility is to oversee booking orders. If an order is confirmed, you coordinate with security for assignment. If no Logistics Management (LM) task exists, you initiate one and create a Delivery Planning and Operations (DPO) task. This task is then allocated to the suitable crew or truck team to ensure smooth execution protocol.
